Consumers crave authenticity - engage with them using authentic and relatable content in your "AS SEEN ON" page and Product Page Galleries.

Consumers engage the most with authentic content that reflects a diverse community of happy customers. If you're already in the habit of motivating your customers to tag your brand in their posts you'll be able to capture that content and turn it into shoppable posts via your UGC section.

The UGC section will show you Influencer and customer content from across the globe and lets you turn it into shoppable posts for more authentic customer experiences that drive product discovery, higher lifetime value, and customer loyalty.

  1. Start by heading over to your 'Get UGC media' menu item.

Or, in your Media Library > New > UGC

2/. If you're aren't already authenticated the right hand side will prompt you follow the instructions to connect to your Business Instagram Account via your Facebook Account / Page:

* If you need any assistance you can refer to this article on How to authenticate for UGC tab and reach out to us if needed!

3/. Once fully authenticated, you will be presented going forward with all the content you have been mentioned in. We'll show you content from the best customers and influencers on Instagram that have mentioned your @handle in their caption and also that have tagged you in their photos.

4/. Choose the best images and add link to them so that they will appear in your Shoppable Galleries and Product Pages embedded it on your site.

We think this feature is pretty awesome as at a glance you will be able to see who mentioned you. Easily repost their image with links to your products and full accreditation to the original creator.

The result can be seen across your galleries e.g.:
